K... I can't believe this guy hasn't gotten his A$$ kicked and handed to him yet... Funny shit though...
This is a clip called Urban Sprinting... The basic idea is find a store with a security guard (Preferably an overweight one) steal an electronic security device (but not the actual product) and then sprint and escape said security guard by running to and tagging out at the nearest fast food joint...

So this is how our tax dollars are spent...

I have to laugh, then pause in thought just to keep from getting mad that this whole thing...
I can't decide if this is funny, sad, pathetic or just typical of our tax dollars hard at work paying a police officer to serve & protect us... NOT!!!



An on duty police officer confiscates some pot from an unknown person, keeps it & does not report it (i.e. he LIES & STEALS it) he then makes some brownies for him and his wife who eat them, they then freak out and call 911.
I wonder why? (a guilty conscious you think?)
